Please be aware that there is a maximum of 4 samples per order. No multiple orders of the same sample item will be accepted. This limit applies to both delivery orders and collection orders.
Your order will be delivered by a third-party haulier to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to advise that your order is on its way.
In Stock items will take 3-5 working days to arrive. Delivery times on Special Order items will be determined by the item ordered - you will be contacted when we receive your order and notified of an estimated delivery date.
Deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday from approximately 8AM to 5PM. At the moment we are unable to offer a Next Day or Named Day delivery service.
Deliveries to Scotland may take longer due to the location of the delivery address.
An independent third party haulier is used to deliver your order, therefore any delays/cancellation of delivery is out of our control once the goods have been dispatched. We will however endeavour to rectify any delays as soon as possible.
Please note that delivery times stated are an estimation and are not a guarantee. All items including those with a 6-8 week delivery time are subject to changes.
The haulier will offload your order kerb side at the delivery address or as close as possible to the delivery address.
The delivery will arrive on a HGV vehicle with a tail lift. The haulier cannot offload the delivery on gravel paths or driveways. Please inform us of any obstructions or restrictions to the delivery address before shipment.
We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, however as the haulier is an independent company we cannot guarantee this.
If delivery cannot be made because of any restrictions or obstructions that we have not been notified of prior to the dispatch of your order a re-delivery fee may be charged.
The haulier will not assist in the handling of your goods.
Checking and accepting your goods
We ensure every order is checked thoroughly by us before being dispatched to our customers.
Please check your order for damages at the time of delivery. Any items damaged or not correct MUST be stated on the delivery note and notified to Violetti within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for damages will not be accepted unless the damages have been noted on the delivery note.
Email us immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org to report any damages or issues regarding delivery.
Please be aware that photographic evidence and documentation may be required to support your statement.
Once the delivery has been accepted, all responsibility for the order will be transferred to you.
Orders that have entered the shipping process cannot be cancelled.
Please Note: Additional fees & charges may be incurred for shipments that are redirected or returned to us due to incorrect addresses, modified addresses or obstructions, restrictions to the delivery address that have not been noted when the original order was placed.
You can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. Once you have notified us of your wish to return an order, you have a further 14 days from this date to return the order to us.
Returns of full orders will be accepted as long as the order is unopened, undamaged and in it's original packaging. Special Order items are non returnable unless they have been delivered damaged or faulty.
