Refund policy

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your goods to request a return then another 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods will only be excepted back if they are in a re-saleable condition and we have been notified prior the their return. Only full orders can be returned. Please be aware that you as the customer will be liable for all costs of returning your order.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened. You’ll also need a proof of delivery document and in some circumstances photographic evidence.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Excess goods such as unused boxes of tiles & flooring. Goods deemed as special order can not be returned. Opened or damaged goods & packaging. Returns that we have not been notified off by the customer after 14 days from purchase.

Product batch numbers must corresponded with the batch number of the product dispatched by Violetti. If the product batch number does not match the product sent, we will deem the product as not the original order that was purchased from Violetti.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We try to process all refunds within10 days from the goods being returned.

If you have to order extra tiles & flooring at a later date to complete your project the product shade & batch may be different.
